Fountainwood Manor is a single story community comprising of 10 separate buildings. Each unit has its own private entrance and patio. There are no upstairs neighbors!!! There is attic storage which can be reached with a pull down staircase to store your boxes, etc. Each unit has large closet space. The 2-bedroom units have a laundry room with washer and dryer hookup.
There is a separate laundry room with washers, dryers and folding table.
Each unit has built-in bookcases and storage for your personal items. An electric stove and refrigerator is also provided.
The property is situated across from University Square Mall, walking distance to USF, with the added bonus of having the USF Shuttle Bus stop right in front of the property. You are within walking distance to SweetBay and local restaurants, as well as University Community Hospital, Shriners’ Hospital, Moffitt Center and the VA Hospitals and its surrounding buildings.
Fountainwood Manor is located in Hillsborough County and one mile to Busch Gardens.
We have on-site management and maintenance Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30PM. However, we are on call for emergencies after these hours.
